Distance Sales Agreement
Naturlich Drogeriemarkt LLC("Natürlich"), delivers/sells the products offered through this distance sales channel only to end consumers on a retail basis. Any order that is clearly not a retail sale and all fraudulent orders in general will be considered invalid by Natürlich. The Consumer accepts, declares, and undertakes that the purchases made through this distance sales channel are related to their professional/vocational/commercial activities.
Within the scope of this Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”), the consumer (“Buyer”) and Natürlich Drogeriemarkt Kozmetik Dış Tic. A.Ş. (“Seller”), shall be referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties”.
1- Purpose and Subject
This Agreement has been prepared in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers (“Law”) and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (“Regulation”) published in the Official Gazette dated 27.11.2014 and numbered 29188, in order to inform the Buyer about the terms and conditions regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically through the Seller's website named www.naturlich.com.tr (“Website”) and to determine the mutual rights and obligations of the Parties. These rights and obligations shall apply to all products offered for sale by the Seller through the Website:
As a result, ordering a product offered for sale by the Seller through the Website means the acceptance of the entirety of this Agreement, which the Buyer was informed about before placing the order.
The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally change the provisions of this general Agreement. However, the provisions of the Agreement valid at the time the order is placed by the Buyer will apply to the respective order.
This Agreement is supplemented by the “Legal Warning and Terms of Use” located on the Website.

Partner Courier Company for the Buyer to Send the Goods if the Goods are Returned: MNG Kargo
No fee will be collected from the Buyer if the Goods are returned to the partner courier company. However, if a carrier other than the partner courier company is used, the relevant expenses will be covered by the Buyer.

5- General Provisions
5.1 Product Price
The products on the Website are sold at the sales price in $ at the time of the order. The Seller may change prices, but this does not affect existing orders. The specified prices are only valid for distance sales.
Shipping fees are not included in the sales prices specified on the Website; the shipping fee will be added separately to the price of the purchased products. The shipping fee will be specified before the order is recorded by the Buyer.
Value-added tax (VAT) is included in the sales prices specified on the Website.
5.2 Basic Characteristics of the Product
The Buyer may select one or more products in different categories through the Website.
The Seller may change the variety of products offered for sale through the Website at any time, especially for reasons arising from its suppliers. Such changes will not affect the orders already placed by the Buyer.
The products offered for sale through the Website comply with the applicable Turkish legislation.
5.3 Product Stock Information
Special offers, promotions, campaigns, or discounts will be valid on the specified dates and/or until stocks are exhausted. The Seller has the authority to cancel orders in possible cases such as system rule violations and system errors regarding special rights such as points and discounts given on the Website. No claim can be made against the Seller in this regard.
Product stock information is notified to the Buyer at the time of the order. Exceptionally, errors or changes may occur in this notification due to technical reasons. For whatever reason, in cases where some or all of the products are not in stock, information on when the products will be provided or that all or part of the order has been canceled is notified to the Buyer after the order is placed.
5.4 Order
Placing an order by the Buyer means acceptance of the “Legal Warning and Terms of Use” text on the Website.
All orders are processed in accordance with these provisions and the acceptance of the “Legal Warning and Terms of Use” text on the Website.
Before confirming the order, the Buyer can confirm the details of the final version of the order and correct any inaccuracies.
The Buyer completes the order and accepts the payment obligation by clicking the "Confirm your payment" or "Confirm your cart" button. It is assumed that the Buyer knows the order details and contract terms. The order is confirmed to the Buyer by e-mail. The Seller is not responsible for the non-delivery of the e-mail. The Seller reserves the right of withdrawal.
For the delivery of the product subject to the Agreement to the Buyer, it is essential that the Preliminary Information Form and this Agreement have been electronically concluded/approved by the Buyer and the entire sales price has been paid by the Buyer. If for any reason all or part of the product price is not paid or is canceled in the bank records or any fraudulent transaction or attempt to do so is detected in the use of the Website, the Seller is deemed to be released from the obligation to cancel the order and deliver the order.
5.5 Payment
The Buyer may use the payment methods specified below. The Buyer accepts and declares that they have all the necessary legal permissions/status regarding the methods they prefer to make the payment.
- Debit Cards: Debit cards accepted through the Website: Visa, Troy, American Express, and MasterCard
5.7 Delivery
The Seller will deliver the order placed by the Buyer to the delivery address specified by the Buyer in Article 4 within the period committed, and in any case within 30 (thirty) days from the date the order reaches them.

The Seller is responsible for delivering the product intact, complete, and in accordance with the qualities specified in the order, together with warranty certificates and user manuals, if any.
If the Seller cannot deliver the product within the period due to force majeure, it is obliged to notify the Buyer. In this case, the Buyer may exercise one of the rights to cancel the order and refund the order price and/or replace the product subject to the contract with its precedent, if any, and/or postpone the delivery period until the obstructive situation disappears.
5.8 Defective Products
The Buyer or third parties receiving the order should check the product boxes and packaging as well as the external appearance of the product during delivery.
In cases where the product box is open, damaged, or has liquid stains on it, there is an unusual situation in the products (missing or broken/damaged products) or the wrong product has arrived, the Buyer or the third party receiving the order should follow the procedure below.
In the event that the Buyer or the third party receiving the order encounters an unusual situation as specified above, they can also learn the procedure to follow by calling Natürlich Customer Service.
- Procedure to be Followed: First, please do not open the box/packaging (tape and/or seal, if any); otherwise, your return request will not be met. To create your request, fill out the Return Form regarding your order you want to return within 14 (fourteen) days via your Website account or by logging in to the Website with your order number. After filling out the Return Form, you can deliver the product to MNG Kargo branches free of charge with the code number, invoice, or waybill document that will be given to you. The respective product(s) and your request will be examined and you will be contacted as soon as possible. If your request is found justified, all payments made by you, including shipping costs regarding the returned product, will be refunded to you in accordance with the payment method you used during the purchase.
5.8 Suggestions and Complaints
For all questions, complaints, and advice regarding the products offered for sale through the Seller's Website and the use of the products, Natürlich Customer Service can be reached or a message can be left by clicking the “Contact Us” tab on the Website.
6- Right of Withdrawal
Regarding the products you have purchased, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you received the product or the date it was delivered to the third party to whom the product was sent, without showing any justification and/or paying any penal clause. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal within the period until the delivery of the relevant product to you.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, according to subparagraph (ç) of paragraph 1 of Article 15 of the Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be used in “contracts regarding the delivery of goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery; those whose return is not suitable in terms of health and hygiene”; therefore, first of all, the protective elements of the relevant product such as packaging, tape, seal, package must definitely not have been opened, otherwise your return request will not be met. To create your request, fill out the Return Form regarding the order you want to return within 14 (fourteen) days via your Website account or by logging in to the Website with your order number. After filling out the Return Form, you can deliver your product to MNG Kargo branches free of charge with the code number, invoice, or waybill document that will be given to you. The respective product(s) and your request will be examined and you will be contacted as soon as possible. If your request is found justified, all payments made by you, including delivery costs regarding the returned product, will be refunded to you in accordance with the payment method you used during the purchase, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you delivered the products to the partner courier.
However, if you deliver the products to a carrier other than the partner courier, this 14 (fourteen) day period starts from the date the products reach the Seller.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays, deductions, and disruptions caused by banks in the refund of the product price.
According to the Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be used in the following contracts:
- Contracts regarding goods or services whose price changes depending on fluctuations in financial markets and which are not under the control of the seller or provider.
- Contracts regarding goods prepared in line with the wishes or personal needs of the consumer.
- Contracts regarding the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date may pass.
- Contracts regarding the delivery of goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery; those whose return is not suitable in terms of health and hygiene.
- Contracts regarding goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and which cannot be separated by their nature.
- Contracts regarding books, digital content, and computer consumables presented in physical media if protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after the delivery of the good.
- Contracts regarding the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, other than those provided under a subscription agreement.
- Contracts regarding the utilization of leisure time for accommodation, goods transport, car rental, food and beverage supply, and entertainment or rest, which must be done on a specific date or period.
- Contracts regarding services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.
- Contracts regarding services whose performance started with the approval of the consumer before the right of withdrawal period expired.
We would like to emphasize that, as explained above, the use of the right of withdrawal in cosmetic products by their nature is subject to the condition that the packaging of the product is unopened, intact, and the product is unused.
7- Dispute Resolution Venue
In disputes that may arise regarding this Agreement, the provincial or district consumer arbitration committee in the place where the Buyer resides or where the consumer transaction is made is authorized up to the value declared by the Ministry of Trade every year, and Consumer Courts are authorized for disputes above the said value.
This Agreement was prepared on February 27, 2025. With this document, the Buyer accepts and declares that they have gained information on all matters in Article 5 of the Regulation and that they know they will be under the obligation to pay when they confirm the order. The Buyer accepts and declares that by concluding this Agreement electronically, they have obtained the information regarding the product(s) and themselves and confirmed the accuracy of this information.
