Delivery Time:
Your orders are delivered to the courier within 2 (two) business days following payment approval.
Delivery time may take 2 (two) or 3 (three) business days depending on your location.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are delivered to the courier on the next business day.

Shipping Fee:
Excluding any discounts or campaigns, shipping is free for orders of 400 TL and above that do not exceed 10 deciliters (desi).
To benefit from free shipping, the total price of the products in your cart—excluding discount and coupon codes—must be at least 400 TL.
For order amounts of 400 TL and below, the fee is a fixed 90 TL, provided the delivery address is only within the borders of Turkey.
There is no fixed shipping charge for your international orders. The price is determined by region and is included in the pricing section of your cart.
Supported regions for international orders: Azerbaijan, EU Countries, United States, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Canada, United Arab Emirates.

How Can I Return & Exchange a Product?
You can return or exchange the products you purchased within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date.
To create a return request, you can select the "Return Products" option on the "My Orders" page.
After creating your return request, you can send your return products free of charge by presenting the partner courier code provided to you at the partner courier branches.
Return Instructions:
Products to be returned must be unused, in their original packaging, and complete with all accessories.
Products evaluated within the framework of the 14-day right of withdrawal will be accepted directly, and a refund will be issued to you within 7 days after the products reach the warehouse, in accordance with the payment method you used during the purchase.
For return requests that exceed the 14-day legal limit, if your request is found justified, payments regarding the returned product will be refunded to you within 7 days after the products reach the warehouse, in accordance with the payment method you used during the purchase.
"Return requests exceeding the 14-day withdrawal period" can only be made within the framework of the approval of Natürlich Customer Relationship Management.
If the products to be returned are under a corporate invoice, they must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the institution.
Exchange:
You can initiate the return of the product(s) you wish to exchange from the "My Orders" page and contact the WhatsApp Customer Support Line with your order number.
A "Discount Code" equal to the value of the products you send for exchange with the partner courier code will be defined for your account.
You can use this discount code from the "Use Coupon" section after adding the products you want to buy to your cart.
If the price of the products you want to buy is higher than the amount of the coupon code defined for your account, you can complete the remaining amount by making a payment.
Coupon codes defined for your account within the scope of an exchange are for one-time use. If the amount of the coupon code is more than the amount of the products you exchanged, the price difference will not be credited to your account.
Exceptional Circumstances:
If the buyer or the third party receiving the order encounters a situation other than those specified, you can summarize the situation and your request by sending an e-mail to info@naturlichde.com.
Due to hygiene reasons, personalized and used products cannot be returned. Products sent for return under this article cannot be sent back to you.
In cases of products delivered defective/damaged, products that may cause hygiene problems, manufacturing defects, faulty goods, or failure to comply with storage conditions, and exceptions that may arise from our company or the courier company, you can contact our Customer Support Unit and initiate an "Exceptional Return."
For products requested to be returned after the 14 (fourteen) day withdrawal period that comply with the return procedure, the shipping fee will be deducted from the product price during the refund.
