Are your products original?

As Natürlich, we offer a 100% product authenticity guarantee to our customers.

All our products are 100% original and are sourced from Authorized and Official Turkey Distributors or directly from the brands. Each product is presented in its original packaging along with the invoice issued to you.

To verify product authenticity, download the "UTS" mobile application from the Play Store (for Android) or App Store (for iOS) and select the "Scan with Camera" option. You can then scan the barcode of the products you purchased and be assured of their authenticity.

How can I check the expiration date of the products?

You can find the expiration date of the products you ordered from our website in the section marked as SKT or Exp Date on the product packaging.

On some specific cosmetic products, instead of an expiration date, the period of use after opening the cover is indicated with symbols and numbers.

How can I find a product I am looking for?

You can search for Products, Brands, or Categories using the top search menu on the Home Page.

How can I create my favorites list?

To add the products you like to your favorites, you must log in if you have a Natürlich account.

If you do not have a Natürlich account, you can create a membership by selecting the "Sign up" option from the top menu.

How can I share a review for the products I purchased?

To review a product: You must have a Natürlich membership and must have previously purchased the product.

How can I get more information about a product?

You can check the product descriptions and reviews on the product page. If you would like more information, you can reach us via our Whatsapp Support line.

Membership and Account

How can I become a member?

Click on the "Sign Up" text located in the upper right section of the menu and follow the instructions.

Is it mandatory to create a membership?

It is not mandatory to create a membership to place an order. However, we recommend you to become a member to be informed about current campaigns and to benefit from many other Natürlich privileges.

How can I log in to my account?

Click on the "Log In" option located in the upper right menu, then you can log in with your E-Mail or Phone number.

I forgot my password, how can I reset it?

Click on the "Forgot Password" text in the login tab and follow the instructions.

How can I update my Membership Information?

After logging in to your account, you can update your membership information from your user menu.

I cannot access the password reset link, what should I do?

Please contact our Whatsapp Support line and summarize the situation.

I cannot log in to my account, what should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, you can proceed by selecting the "Forgot Password" option from the "Login" tab.

Is my information secure?

All your information (Address, Phone No, Name-Surname, Password, E-Mail) is encrypted and saved in our database and cannot be accessed by 3rd parties.

Your information is not sold or marketed.

Your payment information is not stored by us; your payments are processed securely only by 3rd party secure payment institutions.

How can I turn off e-mail or SMS notifications?

After logging in to your account, you can update your preferences by clicking on the "Communication Preferences" tab in your user panel.

Is membership free of charge?

Natürlich membership is free of charge for all users.

How can I delete my account?

After logging in to your account, simply select the "Delete My Account" option from your user panel.

All your information in our database will be deleted, and no data will be stored.

Order

How can I place an order?

You can place an order by creating an account, logging into your existing account, or as a guest user.

After adding the products you wish to purchase to your cart, you can complete your order by clicking on the cart icon in the upper right corner.

How can I track my order status?

You must have a Natürlich account to track your orders. Guest users cannot track their orders.

After logging in to your account, go to the "My Orders" tab.

In this tab, your active orders will appear as "Preparing", "Shipped", or "Delivered".

Can I cancel my order?

For all your orders, you can change the address or cancel before they are shipped.

Cancellation is not possible for orders with the status "Shipped" or "Delivered".

Is it possible to add or remove products after creating my order?

Unfortunately, since the total amount is invoiced after your order, adding or removing products cannot be performed.

How can I benefit from free shipping?

Shipping is free for orders of $40 and over.

For orders under $40, a fixed shipping fee of $5 must be paid.

The products I ordered arrived Damaged/Broken, what should I do?

You can initiate a return for products that arrive damaged or defective by logging into your Natürlich account.

Where can I access the invoice for my order?

Your invoice will be available in the "My Orders" tab on your user panel after your products have been delivered to you.

I received an e-mail stating that a product I ordered is out of stock, even though it was available on the site. Why might this have happened?

Exceptional out-of-stock situation: This may have been caused by a slight delay in updating our stocks while your order was being recorded. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

In such cases, your refund will be processed as soon as possible and you will be informed via e-mail.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can make payments using your Visa or Mastercard.

Is cash on delivery available?

Only Credit Card/Debit Card purchases can be made through our website. Our cash on delivery option is not available.

Can I pay in installments?

After entering your card details, the supported installment options will be displayed.

Is my payment information secure?

TLS 1.0 and SSL 3.0 256-BIT Transport Layer Security (TLS) is an encryption protocol that supports privacy and data integrity for communications over open networks like the internet, formerly known as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). In this way, your payment information is encrypted and transmitted securely and completely to the relevant bank. From the beginning to the end of your shopping, the security of all the information you have entered, such as name, surname, and credit card number, is ensured.

Your payment information is not stored or shared by us; your payment transactions are completed entirely in an encrypted manner through the payment institutions we have an agreement with.

How can I use my promotion / discount code?

Before making a payment, you can use your special discount and promotion codes by entering them into the code usage section located above the total amount in the "Checkout" (cart) area.

Cancellation and Return

How can I return a product?

By "Logging In" with your Natürlich member information, you can return products purchased previously within 14 days from the "My Orders" section.

After initiating the return, you should pack the products—preferably in their original packaging—in a way that prevents damage during transit, and then present them to the courier branch using the partner shipping code provided to you.

How many days is the return period?

You can return all the products you have purchased within fourteen (14) days, which is the legal return period.

What should I pay attention to when returning a product?

The products you have purchased must be returned to us unused, undamaged, and with all components intact, preferably in their original packaging and including the invoice.

Can I cancel my order?

For all your orders, you can change the address or cancel before they are shipped.

When will my refund be credited to my account?

The inspection of your returned product is completed within 3 business days, and your refund is processed.

The reflection of your refund on your bank account may vary depending on your bank. In most cases, your refund is credited to your account within seven (7) business days.

Delivery

When will my products be shipped?

Your products will be delivered to the courier within 2 (two) business days following payment approval after your order.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays will be delivered to the courier on the next business day.

Which courier companies do you ship with?

The courier companies we ship with vary by region. The companies we have agreements with are as follows.

How can I track my shipment?

Your tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address you provided after your order. This way, you can find out where your package is.

Can I update my delivery address after ordering?

While your order is in the "Preparing" stage, you can update your delivery address through your user panel.
